It is Easter, He is Risen!
Why go on with all this
judging and grasping?
Love will have its way.
The only question is:
How long? Lord, how long?
The Water of Life
will eventually erode
doubt's embankments.
The Light of Love will
soon dissolve all
lingering edges of night.
The Heat of God’s Passion
will evaporate all pools of
resistance, regardless of the depth.
And Gravities Law will
surely pull each thing
to its place of belonging.
Yes, oh yes, there are Forces
at work in this universe
that simply cannot be resisted.
Love will have its way.
The only question is:
How long? Lord, how long?
And the other side of that
question: Why go on with all this
judging and grasping?
