my brother-this blog (in general not just this posting) expresses exactly 1/2 of what i love in our conversations-the ongoing deeep analysis and thinking. It is lacking however the other half of what you bring to the table when we talk-what it is doing inside of you!

Now maybe this is on purpose-maybe here you want to keep it all at that level but... but if it isn't purposefull i thought i would mention that i would like to read the second half.

Actually this is what is going on inside of me. Granted, I am not using this blog as a personal journal. Plus I have a spiritual director and good friendships like yours for which no blog can substitute. Public journaling, isn't my thing. It just isn't helpful for me. I reserve that for my own reflection and for conversations that matter. But, trust me, the stuff of "thinking and analysis" comes from an authentic place.... This is especially true when I write poetry. This says better what I could say even in a face to face conversation.... I think that this gets at what you are saying.

I have observed that over the course of creating a relationship with real estate proprietors, you'll be able to come to understand that, in most real estate exchange, a commission amount is paid. Finally, FSBO sellers do not "save" the commission rate. Rather, they try to earn the commission by simply doing an agent's work. In doing so, they shell out their money and time to execute, as best they're able to, the jobs of an realtor. Those jobs include uncovering the home by marketing, presenting the home to prospective buyers, creating a sense of buyer desperation in order to induce an offer, arranging home inspections, dealing with qualification investigations with the mortgage lender, supervising maintenance tasks, and aiding the closing.
